How is this Program different from others?

 

  1. We do not require huge (2% - 10%) up front fees. It only takes the first months rent plus damage deposit to get into one of our great homes in most cases.
  2. All of your 1st years rent applies towards purchase. Most lease/purchase programs credit a fraction of the rent towards purchase.
  3. We do not set unrealistic sales prices or rent prices. You will rent the home at or below market rent and be able to purchase the home at or below market price.
