How does it work?

Our system is designed to create a win-win scenario for us both. It works basically like this:

 

  • We buy distressed or foreclosed homes at a significantly reduced price. We make our money when we buy the home, not when we sell it to you.
  • We repair the homes into excellent condition.
  • We lease the home to you at market rent for 12, 18 or 24 months depending upon the estimated time it will take for you to buy the home.
  • We have you sit down with our mortgage specialists (you can use your own if you like) to layout a "roadmap" for home ownership. This can involve consolidating debt, paying off high interest credit cards or loans etc. It's not as hard as you might think, even if you have had a bankruptcy or foreclosure in the past.
  • You purchase the home at current market price (in many cases you will purchase it for less than market price earning instant equity). We apply your entire first years rent amount towards purchase. You can use the money for real estate or loan closing fees and/or to reduce the purchase price.

 

It's that easy. You are not obligated to buy. If you are unable or just don't want to buy the home, you can walk away in accordance with the lease agreement or in some cases sign up to do the program again.
